Our pricing is built on a verified cost model to ensure sustainability, fairness, and high-quality delivery.


Hourly Rates

• Lead Organiser (Home): 

R500 – R550 per hour

• Lead Organiser (Office): 

R650 – R700 per hour

• Assistant Organiser (if required):

R300 – R350 per hour


* The above rates indicative all rates are charged in 1-hour increments and will be reflected clearly in your proposal.

How Payments Work

1. Deposit (Before We Begin)

A 50% deposit based on the estimated labour is required to secure your booking.


2. Product Sourcing Invoice (After Decluttering)

Issued once decluttering, category sorting, measurements, and system planning are complete.

This includes storage products, labels, eco-friendly materials, and sourcing fees.


3. Final Invoice (After Completion)

Any additional labour beyond the estimate is invoiced and due within 24 hours of project completion.

Our goal is not just to organise — but to create systems that feel effortless to live with long after we leave.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

To ensure transparency, the following are not included:


• Storage products and supplies (billed separately)

• Heavy or deep cleaning beyond light surface wipes

• Handyman services or installations requiring drilling

• Moving or transporting heavy furniture

• Industrial or hazardous material handling
